This world has always been comprised of two sets of energies that try to neutralize each other. In other words both the forces exert to dominate each other. That is how we find the world in a state of flux. This process has been going on ever since the existence of the universe. It is Truth that finally comes out victorious. In today’s world we find the human race split between both, the unquenchable greed for more and more of the materialistic pleasure and seeking eternal peace finally achieving none of these. This causes despair and disappointment, a vacuum so incomprehensible that he finally resorts to superficial connect with The Divine, The Truth giving solace to his soul that he is not far from HIM. To achieve 100% he will have to resort to the middle path where he is able to sustain and grow in both the directions equally. This will help him choose to divert fully to the other (eternal peace) whenever he chooses to in life. To make this possible he will have to think, feel, care and give space for others. Think of the complete human species as of his own brotherhood, live and let live by rising above all boundaries of caste, creed, religion and nationality. We have now started thinking globally and acting locally. Interdependence of human beings and environment is today’s topic where mother nature has forced upon us to come together and think for creating a sustainable future by causing minimum harm to the environment. So much so that it has become a law to be abided by in letter and spirit.Gandhiji rightly said “…there is enough for all of us to satisfy our needs but not enough to satisfy our greed”. Nations fight for acquiring land and resources wasting their manpower, energies and resources to a wasteful gain. Had the same been utilized to better the today of some and tomorrow of many would have resulted this world to be a heavenly abode. This would happen only when we are at peace within ourselves. Peace and Progress are synonymous and result in contentment. The advancement in communication and transport technology has made this world a Global Village by reducing distances. It is now for us to live like one civilization, civilized to grant, give and embrace, love, care and be grateful to each other and to all the living beings.Years have passed by and the need of the hour has been different every time. Those who acted promptly and wisely then are always adored for their farsightedness and for clinching the opportunity and doing the right thing at the right time. Let that be at the back of our mind as a learning and act on today’s need. The Attitude of Gratitude and UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD is the call of today let us all join hands and move in this direction in the right spirit and CHANGE.A mammoth task is at our hands but charity begins at home. We should not look up to others to change first. It has to start with “me” changing first at individual level. I promote my family members. Slowly the individual will multiply to family, to community, to society leading to state and national level reaching out to the global change.Let us put our best foot forward in this direction and bring about this mammoth change TODAY by accepting Universal Brotherhood as our religion and practice it sincerely till we attain eternal peace.

"Compassion and tolerance are not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength." If we truly believe this and imbibe in us this thought, our lives will be much more peaceful and meaningful.UNIVERSAL BROTHERHOOD is possible only when we show compassion and tolerance towards others. Whether it is our home, our work place, streets, markets we have seen the impatience playing more stronger role in our lives and what it brings us is stress, frustration, anger which spills out in all spheres of our lives. We become stronger within when we show tolerance and compassion and only a strong person can be at peace and in turn make a stronger and peaceful world.
ReplyDeletevery true, some core values have to be imbibed in youth of today then only we can see them encompassing "spirit of universal brotherhood"
